Pre-holiday supervision strengthens safety; visits and condolences warm people’s hearts.

As the Spring Festival draws near, the festive atmosphere is growing stronger. To ensure safe and orderly production during the holiday period and to bring the Group’s care and warmth to frontline workers, on February 10, Comrade Shi Ying, a member of the Tri-Ring Group Executive Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, led a team—accompanied by heads of relevant Group departments—to Tri-Ring Metalforming Company. They conducted a special inspection of pre-holiday safety production and visited and comforted employees facing difficulties, extending their best New Year wishes.

At the company’s industrial park, Secretary Shi headed straight for the key areas of the production workshop, where he inspected the site and asked detailed questions together with the workshop supervisor. Regarding issues identified during the inspection—such as unclear safety warning signs in certain areas, winter fire prevention measures, and overall safety and stability—he offered specific recommendations for corrective actions. Secretary Shi also personally visited the company’s staff canteen’s food preparation area to conduct a safety inspection, gaining firsthand insight into the employees’ meal conditions. He emphasized the need to strengthen canteen safety management to ensure the health and well-being of all employees.

Secretary Shi pointed out that we must adopt a “zero-tolerance” attitude to firmly establish a robust safety defense. Safety responsibilities are not merely something to be written down on paper; rather, they must be concretely implemented and rigorously enforced, with safety responsibilities effectively assigned to departments and individual employees. Secretary Shi emphasized that safe production is the bottom line and red line. During the Spring Festival period, we must strengthen risk assessment and hazard identification and remediation, reinforce duty rosters and emergency response coordination, and ensure that production and operations remain safe and stable throughout the holiday.

During the inspection, Secretary Shi extended condolences to the representatives of employees facing financial difficulties at the company, presented them with condolence money, and carefully inquired about their specific challenges. He encouraged them to stay confident and face their difficulties positively, and instructed the company to continue paying close attention to the needs of these employees, implement targeted support measures, and genuinely help them overcome their hardships.

The pre-holiday inspection and care activities carried out by the group not only tightened the “screws” of safe production but also conveyed the group’s “care and concern” for its employees, further boosting their work enthusiasm and sense of unity at the grassroots level. Moving forward, the company will continue to closely monitor the implementation of corrective measures for hazards identified during safety inspections, and will regularly carry out employee care and support initiatives, ensuring that all employees have a safe, peaceful, and warm Spring Festival.
