On July 20, Chen Yangling, Party Secretary and Chairman of Hangte Equipment, led a team to Tri-Ring Metalforming to conduct a safety production inspection, announce the appointment of the leadership team, and hold a symposium on high-quality development. Chen Yun, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Hangte Equipment, Chen Haijun, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, along with heads of relevant departments, accompanied the delegation. All members of Tri-Ring Metalforming’s leadership team and mid-level managers attended the event.
At the production site, Chen Yangling and his delegation conducted an on-site inspection of Tri-Ring Metalforming’s safety production efforts, with particular focus on equipment operation, compliance with operational procedures, and the implementation of risk prevention measures. Chen Yangling emphasized that it is essential to maintain constant vigilance over workplace safety, strengthen the accountability chain, and firmly uphold the four bottom lines of safety, environmental protection, regulatory compliance, and operational stability, thereby laying a solid foundation for the company’s high-quality development.
The cadre conference was chaired by Chen Yun, and the meeting announced documents adjusting the organizational management authority of Tri-Ring Metalforming and appointing and removing members of the Party Committee of Hangte Equipment. Comrade Chang Dingjun, the newly appointed member of the Party Committee of Hangte Equipment Group, delivered a statement of commitment at the meeting.
Chang Dingjun stated that he firmly supports and fully complies with all decisions of the Group Party Committee; expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the trust and high expectations placed in him by the Changtou Group Party Committee, the Hangte Equipment Party Committee, and all cadres and employees of the company; and pledged unwavering support for the major strategic decisions put forward by the Changtou Group to promote synergistic development and integrated management between Hangte and Tri-Ring Metalforming. Chang Dingjun added that, going forward, he will lead by example, conscientiously fulfill his duties, and unite and guide the leadership team of Tri-Ring Metalforming to: uphold political principles with clear-cut stance and identify the right direction for the company’s future development; perform responsibilities diligently to strengthen business operations and enhance the company’s core competitiveness; leverage Party building to fortify the workforce and foster a vibrant atmosphere conducive to entrepreneurship and achievement; and maintain integrity and self-discipline to safeguard ethical boundaries, thereby creating a clean and upright working environment. At the same time, he is confident that, with the strong support of the Hangte Group Party Committee, Tri-Ring Metalforming will seize new opportunities for development and once again stride toward greater success.
At the meeting, Chen Yangling delivered an enthusiastic speech, fully commending Tri-Ring Metalforming’s more than seventy years of profound heritage. On behalf of the Party Committee of Hangte Equipment, he paid high tribute to Tri-Ring Metalforming for its dedicated cultivation of the core business of metal-forming machine tools, its inheritance of the craftsman spirit of striving for excellence and practical dedication, and the contributions made by all Party members, cadres, and employees to the company’s development.
Chen Yangling pointed out that Hangte Equipment, inheriting the aerospace and defense‑related technological heritage of Tri-Ring, has built a diversified industrial matrix encompassing lightweight automotive chassis, liquid‑cooled battery enclosures for new energy vehicles, high‑end intelligent equipment, and supporting operations for the low‑altitude economy. The addition of the forging and pressing company will bring about a high degree of complementarity between the two parties in terms of industrial chains, technological strengths, and application scenarios, endowing them with an innate advantage for integrated convergence and collective advancement. Chen Yangling set forth four requirements for the forging and pressing company’s next phase of development: First, strengthen Party building as a guiding force to consolidate fundamentals and lay a solid foundation, thereby ensuring steady and orderly growth; second, advance strategic synergy and deep integration to unleash the internal momentum driving unified leapfrogging; third, adhere to innovation‑driven, iterative upgrades to accumulate robust potential for quality improvement and efficiency gains; and fourth, strictly uphold bottom lines, maintain integrity, and pursue practical results to safeguard the enterprise’s long‑term, healthy development. Chen Yangling stated that entrusted management and integration represent “strategic synergy, ecological connectivity, integrated empowerment, and collective strength.” Hangte Equipment highly values the forging and pressing company’s distinctive brand identity, technological advantages, and industrial roots. He expressed the hope that all cadres and employees of Tri-Ring Forging and Pressing, under the strong leadership of the Group Party Committee and the united guidance of the new leadership team, will always maintain the vigorous spirit of daring to pioneer and act, coupled with the steadfast determination to achieve lasting results through persistent effort, continuously fostering a work environment characterized by “optimists moving forward, pragmatists taking the lead, and those who strive being first.” With unity of purpose and concerted efforts, they should wholeheartedly enhance the golden reputation of Tri-Ring Forging and Pressing in Hubei’s high‑end forming equipment sector, jointly shoulder the historic responsibility of serving the province’s drive to become a manufacturing powerhouse, and contribute to the high‑quality development of the Yangtze Industrial Group!
At the symposium on high-quality development, both parties engaged in an in-depth exchange on the current state of the equipment industry, the company’s future development plans, and the next steps for collaborative synergy, reaching a thorough consensus.
