Unite Partners, Strengthen Quality, Usher in a New Journey, and Achieve Another Leap

On March 22, 2026, the 5th Supplier Conference of Hubei Tri-Ring Metalforming Equipment Co.,Ltd, themed “Uniting Partners, Enhancing Quality, Embarking on a New Journey, and Achieving Further Breakthroughs,” was grandly held at the Wintek Garden Hotel in Huangshi, Hubei. More than 110 supplier partners from across the country gathered to strengthen their cooperative ties and map out a new chapter of development. Chang Dingjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, attended the conference and delivered a speech.
At the meeting, Zhang Hui, Director of the Company, delivered a presentation titled “Supply Chain Collaboration: Delivery Equals Value” to the attendees. Meanwhile, the heads of the Materials Control Department and the Quality Management Department each provided an overview of the procurement and quality management activities for 2025.
According to the agenda of the conference, the company solemnly commended its outstanding suppliers for 2025. Representatives from outstanding suppliers such as Hubei Hengxin Metal Surface Treatment Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Estun Automation Co., Ltd. delivered speeches in which they reviewed their deep bond with Tri-Ring Metalforming and highly recognized the new atmosphere and opportunities brought about by the company’s return to state ownership. They unanimously stated that in the future they would continue to ensure product quality and delivery efficiency to the highest standards, actively align with Tri-Ring Metalforming’s R&D needs for new products and new market segments, and deeply integrate their own professional strengths into Tri-Ring Metalforming’s development strategy.
The conference reviewed the company’s journey of hard work over recent years. Facing challenges head-on, Tri-Ring Metalforming has achieved a remarkable turnaround from consecutive losses to sustained profitability through a series of internal reforms, including abandoning extensive management practices and embracing lean principles. In 2024, the company successfully reversed its losses and turned profitable; in 2025, its operating performance reached a new high, with revenue increasing by 29% year on year. The product portfolio has also expanded beyond traditional core areas into new complete-equipment business segments, such as fine blanking presses, leveling lines, and ribbing machines. Even more milestone-defining was the successful completion of the state-owned enterprise restructuring process in 2025, which has laid a stronger institutional foundation for long-term development and boosted confidence among supply-chain partners.
General Manager Chang Dingjun provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s “15th Five-Year” strategic plan, outlining the development direction of achieving “threefold increases,” striving for “two breakthroughs,” and driving “three enhancements.” The company looks forward to sharing the fruits of development with its suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
General Manager Chang also conducted an in-depth analysis of the current complex market environment. He pointed out that while international geopolitical changes bring logistical challenges, they also create opportunities for order reallocation; domestically, competition is intensifying, necessitating a departure from low-price, low-quality competition and a steadfast commitment to “enhancing quality and improving efficiency,” with a particular focus on market growth drivers such as equipment “trade-in” programs. To achieve “another leap forward,” he encouraged supplier partners to jointly explore industrial transformation with Tri-Ring Metalforming and actively seek collaboration opportunities in emerging fields. At the same time, he solemnly called on all suppliers to exercise transparent oversight over the company’s procurement processes, working together to build a clean, efficient, and trustworthy supply chain ecosystem.
The conference concluded successfully in a spirit of unity, pragmatism, and enthusiasm. It was not only a grand event for summarizing achievements and recognizing excellence, but also a mobilization meeting aimed at looking to the future, building consensus, and making action plans. Standing at the new starting point of state-owned enterprises’ return and armed with a clear “15th Five-Year” strategic blueprint, Hubei Tri-Ring Metalforming Equipment Co.,Ltd is joining hands with all value-chain partners to embark on a new journey of high-quality development and collaborative leapfrogging with even more resolute steps.
