The company has a team of talents with high technical quality and strong sense of responsibility. There are 108 professional and technical personnel in the provincial technical center, such as mechanical, hydraulic and electrical. Among them, there are 3 experts enjoying government subsidies from the State Council, 3 experts from the provincial government, and 10 personnel with senior or above professional titles. In 2004, they were set up as post-doctoral industrial bases in Hubei Province, and CAD\CAE\CAPP\CAM\PDM modern design technology was fully applied in product development and design. With large-scale advanced ANSYS nonlinear analysis software, UGS\CAD\CAE and PRO\E product design software, KM\CAPP and UGS\CAM process manufacturing software, UGS\IMIN and KM\PDM product life cycle data management software, information engineering was listed as the national "863" plan in 1999, ERP technology was fully applied in 2001 and passed the acceptance of the national expert group.
The R & D team has always been committed to promoting the development of China's forging industry. With unremitting efforts in the development of forging process equipment for 60 years, it has developed various high-level forging equipment for sheet metal forming technology, and has won 13 provincial science and technology progress awards., 131 patents.
