On February 12, Tri-Ring Metalforming Co., Ltd. held a grand Party building and business work conference for the year 2026, as well as the 5th session of the 15th Workers' Congress. More than 120 people, including members of the company's leadership team, mid-level managers, and all employee representatives, gathered together to jointly outline a new blueprint for the company's high-quality development.

At the conference, Comrade Chang Dingjun, Party Secretary and General Manager of the company, delivered an annual work report titled “Forge Ahead with Determination to Achieve Outstanding Results, Uphold Integrity and Innovate for Glory, and Strive to Write a New Chapter of High-Quality Development for Tri-Ring Metalforming on the New Journey.” The report pointed out that in 2025, despite a complex and challenging market environment, all the company’s employees and cadres rose to the occasion, achieving breakthrough progress in areas such as market development, technological innovation, lean management, and quality improvement and efficiency enhancement. Both operating revenue and total profits saw steady growth, laying a solid foundation for making a good start and getting off to a strong footing during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

Chang Zong emphasized that, as the company has now returned to state-owned status, it is currently at a critical juncture marked by both opportunities and challenges. In line with the nation’s initiative to “vigorously develop new-quality productivity and promote high-end, intelligent, and green development in manufacturing,” the company’s core business will enjoy even greater room for growth. All Party members and cadres must squarely face the new situation and new requirements, and actively seek out new opportunities. Regarding the key priorities for 2026, the report clearly outlines a comprehensive strategic approach centered on “one core, dual-wheel drive, and three major breakthroughs”:

“A core”: Always uphold the Party’s leadership, take promoting the company’s high-quality development as the core, adhere to the principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, and ensure the successful completion of all annual business targets.

“Dual-wheel drive”: Strengthen the two major driving forces: technological innovation and market development. On the technology front, focus on tackling core technologies, accelerating intelligent transformation and green transition; on the market front, deepen engagement in both domestic and international traditional markets while making every effort to develop emerging markets and overseas business.

“Three Major Battles”: We must resolutely fight three major battles: optimizing industrial chain layout, enhancing management quality and efficiency, and strengthening enterprises through talent development. We need to tap into our internal potential through refined management, uphold the “zero-defect” standard to solidify our quality cornerstone, and build a high-quality, professional, and dynamic talent pool.

Meanwhile, we must comprehensively intensify the work of the company’s Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission, continuously strengthen political leadership, improve the disciplinary inspection and supervision mechanisms, steadily promote the integration of Party building with business operations, enhance corporate culture development, and solidly establish a new defense line for safe production—thus ensuring high-quality development of the company through high-quality Party building. All Party members, cadres, and employees must genuinely transform their thinking and working styles, always remain clear-headed, maintain a sense of reverence, and conduct production and business activities in strict accordance with laws and regulations.

The conference held a ceremony for signing the annual Party-building, safe production, and departmental economic responsibility agreements. All mid-level and higher-ranking officials took a collective oath under the supervision of employee representatives. The meeting also recognized and honored the outstanding teams and individuals who had emerged over the past year.
