Brief description of the specific process of CNC bending machine

2020-12-09

If the operation of the factory involves the bending operation, then you need to use the CNC bending machine, you know it is composed of what parts? CNC bending machine is mainly part of the slider, workbench, synchronization system, and stop material mechanism and so on, the overall structure of CNC bending machine is very complex, because its entire operation process involves many components, including the slider part of the hydraulic drive, slider part by the slider, oil cylinder and mechanical block fine-tuning structure. The left and right oil cylinders are fixed on the frame, and the piston is driven to move up and down by hydraulic pressure, and the mechanical stop is controlled by the numerical control system to adjust the value. After understanding the components of the CNC bending machine, we also need to understand its specific process, so as to help us use it in the right way.

1. Start of oil pump of CNC bending machine

The motor of the CNC bending machine rotates in the direction indicated by the pump arrow, that is, it rotates clockwise to drive the axial piston pump to run, and the oil enters the valve plate and the electromagnetic overflow valve, and returns to the oil tank through the pipeline.

2. Moving down

The rapid downward movement of the CNC bending machine is generated by the self-weight of the bending beam and accessories and the oil pressure. In this process, the rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder is supplied with oil through the oil filling valve, and the rodless cavity will generate back pressure and the oil will flow back quickly.

3. Bending

The bending phase starts with the pressure build-up of the rod-less cavity. On the one hand, the bending speed is limited by the oil supply of the oil pump; on the other hand, it can be adjusted by the directional valve of the proportional valve. At the same time, the reversing valve also controls the synchronous operation of the bending beam and the positioning of the bottom dead center.

4. Decompression

The decompression of the rod-less cavity starts when it reaches the bottom dead center, or after a short holding time, so that the material has enough time to form and further improve the dimensional accuracy of the part.

5. Master cylinder return

The pump flow of the CNC bending machine and the bearing area of the hydraulic cylinder rod cavity determine the return speed, which is close to the peak speed in most cases. The return stroke also requires synchronous operation, starting from the rod cavity decompression to the end of the top dead center.
