The operation of all bending processes has a controllable variation range in length for the long sides of all models. The bending motion is powered by a servo motor and a ball screw. Different steels of different functions and hardness are adjusted from a possibly corrected bending position, controlled by an associated control panel.
What are the specific operation steps of CNC bending machine?
1. First, turn on the power of the CNC bending machine, turn on the key switch on the control panel, and then press the oil pump to start, so you can hear the rotation sound of the oil pump. (The machine does not operate at this time)
2, stroke adjustment, bending machine use must pay attention to adjust the stroke, must be tested before bending. When the upper die of the bending machine goes down to the bottom, there must be a gap of plate thickness. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the mold and machine. The adjustment of the stroke is also an electric quick adjustment and a manual stomach adjustment.
3, bending slot selection, generally to choose the thickness of the plate 8 times the width of the slot. Such as bending 4mm sheet, need to choose about 32 notches.
4, after the block material adjustment generally have electric fast adjustment and manual fine adjustment, the method is the same as the shearing machine.
5. Step on the foot switch of the CNC bending machine to start bending. The bending machine is different from the shearing machine and can be released at any time. When the foot is released, the bending machine stops and continues to descend.
When using numerical control bending machine, everyone is concerned about the operation safety problem. In fact, as long as we operate carefully and check carefully before and after the operation, the following dangerous phenomena can be well avoided, such as non-single power supply, under-protection of electrical equipment, insufficient protection level of electrical cabinet, incomplete protection function of safe operation, etc.
