What are the dangerous phenomena when using CNC bending machine?

In the use of CNC bending machine, safety issues have been put in the first place, so it is necessary to avoid the use of CNC bending machine when a variety of dangerous phenomena, follow the small series to understand it:
1. Non-single power supply
Some numerical control bending machine equipment adds some mechanisms. Because it is convenient to route or is associated with other equipment, the electricity consumption of the newly added mechanism is not led from under the power cut-off switch of the equipment, but leads, thus violating the standard regulation of "connecting mechanical and electrical equipment to a single power supply. In case of emergency, cutting off the power switch on the equipment cannot cut off all the power supply of the equipment, which is a potential hazard to personnel.
2. Underprotection of electrical equipment
For continuous operation of 0.5kw and above motor provisions to have thermal protection measures. The heat accumulation failure of the motor is an important reason for the burning of the motor. In the process of machine tool equipment transformation, the protection device that does not match the motor is used, that is, when the time constant of the protection device and the protected device winding is different from each other, it often does not play an effective protection role.
3. The protection level of the electrical cabinet is not enough
The ventilation of the electrical cabinet of the CNC bending machine and other equipment has long been recognized as a "positive pressure" method in the world, but it has not been realized in some machine tools. If the bending machine adopts negative pressure ventilation, the cutting fluid on the knife holder enters the electric cabinet along the snake skin hose. Moisture in the cable trench, dust during cutting, etc. all enter the electric cabinet along the channels and gaps.
The machine tool is used for about a year, and there will be a layer of dirt on the circuit board and various electrical parts in the electrical cabinet, and there will be obvious traces of water vapor condensation. The machine failure frequently, affecting the normal production.
4. Incomplete safety operation protection function
When the equipment with splash danger does not have the interlock function of the protective door, it is necessary to confirm that the operator's hands have left the dangerous action area before moving. When the lack of phase causes electrical appliances to burn out without setting up three-phase linkage circuit breakers and using three-way insurance respectively, it directly constitutes harm to personnel and property.
