Details Introduction
Intelligent Bending Unit is an automatic flexible sheet metal bending production line centered on high-precision CNC press brake, integrated with 6-axis industrial robot, automatic loading & unloading, workpiece centering, turnover mechanism and intelligent coordinated control system. It realizes unmanned operation of the whole process including sheet gripping, positioning, follow-up bending and finished product stacking, supporting 24-hour continuous production. Built on mature press brake technology of YSD, the unit is compatible with mainstream CNC systems including LVD CADMAN, DELEM and CYBELEC. Robots can be configured with world-leading brands such as ABB, KUKA, FANUC and ESTUN. Modular customization is available according to workpiece processing requirements.
