Tri-Ring Metalforming Company Holds a Celebration for the 104th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party and an Awards Ceremony
On July 3, 2025, the Party Committee of Tri-Ring Metalforming Co., Ltd. solemnly organized a celebration marking the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and a commendation conference. More than 120 party members and mid-level or higher-ranking cadres from the company attended the meeting. During the meeting, all party members reaffirmed their入党 oath. Company leaders presented awards to the groups and individuals honored with the titles of "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" and "Outstanding Communist Party Member," recognizing their outstanding contributions to Party building and business operations in the first half of the year.
Comrade Chang Dingjun, Secretary of the Party Committee, presented awards to representatives who were honored as "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of Tri-Ring Group," "Outstanding Grassroots Party Organization in Kaitie District," and "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of Tri-Ring Metalforming Company."
Comrade Zhou Hongxiang, Director of the company, presented awards to the representatives who were honored as “Party Member Pioneers of Kaitie District, Huangshi City.”
Comrade Zou Benxue, the company's director, presented awards to the representatives who were honored as "Outstanding Communist Party Members of Tri-Ring Group Company."
Comrade Wang Gang, the company director, presented awards to the representatives who were honored as "Outstanding Communist Party Members of Tri-Ring Metalforming Company."
Comrade Zhang Hui, the company director, presented awards to the representatives who were honored as "Outstanding Communist Party Members of Tri-Ring Metalforming Company." 
The award-winning representatives delivered speeches, and Party members showcased their “listing-and-taking-charge” projects. In addition, all participants were organized to watch red-themed films and sing patriotic songs together.
Comrade Chang Dingjun, Party Secretary and General Manager of the company, delivered a concluding speech at the conference, fully affirming the achievements the company has made in the first half of the year. He pointed out that despite challenging market conditions, the company’s business indicators surged in the first half of the year, with revenue reaching 227.43 million yuan—a year-on-year increase of 37.41%. Total profits rose by 152.82%. Significant progress was made in various areas, including market expansion, technological innovation, and operational management. Meanwhile, Party building efforts continued to be strengthened, providing strong impetus for the company’s development.
Meanwhile, Secretary Chang put forward several requirements for the work in the second half of the year:
First, focus on operational goals and strengthen the foundation for development. Ensure that annual operating revenue reaches 460 million yuan and the profit target is met.
Second, deepen market development and pursue orders in a comprehensive manner. Intensify efforts to expand both domestic and international markets, enhance the quality of user services and response speed, and strengthen the tracking and management of projects that have not yet been accepted.
Third, accelerate technological innovation and promote the development of informatization. We will strive to complete the PLM project, continue advancing product standardization efforts, successfully pass the re-examination for high-tech enterprise status, and promote the industrial feasibility study for the “Smart Light Pole” project.
Fourth, continuously enhance enterprise operational efficiency. Deepen the application and innovation of QC results, strengthen gross margin management, optimize product pricing standards, intensify efforts to collect accounts receivable, and reduce inventory levels. Implement closed-loop management for project acceptance, refine cost control procedures, and develop acceptance plans.
Fifth, focus on Party building leadership and continue optimizing the company’s human resource allocation. Carry out specialized training to enhance the capabilities of all employees, identify and address job requirements to build a robust talent pool, and optimize and adjust the company’s personnel structure. Strengthen the leading role of Party building, reinforce organizational development, consolidate the Party’s fighting fortresses, organize and conduct diverse Party-building activities, enforce strict Party governance, and purify the political environment.
Secretary Chang emphasized that the achievements made in the first half of the year were hard-earned and the result of the concerted efforts and united struggles of all Tri-Ring Metalforming employees. He encouraged all employees to embrace a sense of urgency—“Time waits for no one”—and a strong sense of mission—“If not me, who?”—to move forward hand in hand, forge ahead with determination, and tirelessly strive toward achieving the company’s annual production and business goals and promoting its high-quality development. Together, let us spare no effort in building the company into a first-class enterprise with strong competitiveness and influence.
