4 Moon 19 On that day, the company's Party committee held a grand meeting. 2025 Annual Party Building Work Conference. This conference aims to convey the work directives from higher-level Party organizations, thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, further promote the integration of Party building and business operations within the company, and comprehensively plan the company’s annual Party building work.


Comrade Chang Dingjun, Party Secretary and General Manager of the company, delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.
Comrade Chang Dingjun pointed out: All Party branches should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the Tri-Ring Group Party Committee and the work requirements of the company's Party Committee, strengthen standardized branch development and education for Party members and cadres, and make great strides in integrating Party building with business operations, thereby providing solid support for the company's production and business activities.
Regarding the company’s next steps, Comrade Chang Dingjun emphasized:
First, we must firmly uphold the “Four Confidences” and practice the “Two Safeguards.” All Party members must always prioritize the Party’s political development, be politically astute and abide by rules and regulations, consciously regulate their words and deeds, and firmly safeguard the authority and centralized, unified leadership of the Party Central Committee—in both thought and action.
Second, we must continue to strengthen the standardized construction of Party branches and promote the integration of Party building with business operations. By implementing a performance evaluation system for grassroots Party branch secretaries in charge of Party building work, we can further refine the Party committee’s requirements and objectives, assign specific assessment indicators to individual personnel, and firmly establish Party-building responsibilities. This will guide Party members and cadres to closely align Party building efforts with the company’s actual situation and make significant strides in integrating Party building with business operations.
Third, we must proactively address challenges and give full play to the exemplary and leading role of Party members. We need to continuously intensify our efforts in “expanding markets externally and tapping into potential for greater efficiency internally.” Party officials and members should take the lead in upholding political principles, observing rules and regulations, demonstrating dedication, and bravely shouldering responsibilities, fully leveraging their exemplary and leading roles to ensure the smooth completion of production and business tasks.
Fourth, we must continue to intensify the company’s discipline inspection and supervision efforts. By continuously enhancing the professional capabilities of grassroots discipline inspection and supervision teams, we will promptly address instances of inaction and improper conduct among Party members and cadres, ensuring a clean and upright internal environment within the company and fostering a positive atmosphere for business operations.
V. We must strengthen guidance for mass organizations and fully leverage their functional roles. We should give full play to the bridging and linking role of grassroots trade unions and the Communist Youth League, vigorously organize activities that are popular and enjoyable among employees, unite the workforce, boost morale, and create a positive situation in which all departments work together seamlessly to support the company’s business operations.
Six, we must educate and guide the broad workforce to stay committed to their current positions, view the various challenges facing the company in a realistic light, and work together wholeheartedly to help the company “secure orders, reduce costs, ensure timely delivery, and enhance efficiency,” thereby driving the company’s high-quality development with a sense of ownership.
The meeting organized all participants to reaffirm their入党 oath and released the “Company” document. 2025 Key Points for Annual Party Building Work,” and delivered a briefing on the spirit of the “Notice on Strengthening Coordination and Handling of Employee Feedback Issues.” Attending were Zhou Hongxiang, Zou Benxue, and Lin Min, members of the company’s Party Committee, as well as all branch secretaries, branch committee members, and heads of mass organization groups. 50 Others attended the meeting.
