Signing of Sino-joint venture Tri-Ring Metalforming project

Yesterday afternoon, Hubei Tri-Ring Group Company and Belgian LVD Company held a joint venture signing ceremony for Hubei Tri-Ring Metalforming Equipment Co.,Ltd in Cihu Villa.
In this joint venture, Tri-Ring Group will transfer 30% of the shares of Hubei Tri-Ring Metalforming Equipment Co.,Ltd, while LVD Company will transfer this part of the shares in the form of cash, technology and equipment, thus forming a new Hubei Tri-Ring Metalforming Equipment Co.,Ltd.
Comrade Wang Jianming, mayor of Huangshi City, attended the signing ceremony and made a speech. He said that the project is conducive to improving the competitiveness of enterprises, expanding the market share of Tri-Ring Group's products, and conducive to the economic development of Huangshi.
