First Equipment of Julong Project -6500T Bending Machine Acceptance and Delivery

The 6500/135 bending machine ordered by Hubei Tri-Ring Metalforming Equipment Co.,Ltd for Julong Company went off the production line smoothly. Since yesterday, the parts of the machine began to be shipped.
Yesterday evening, under the escort of the traffic police detachment of Xisaishan District, the transport convoy drove along the route selected in advance for about 2 hours, and then successfully entered the Wuhuang Expressway and drove to the destination Qingxian County, Hebei Province. Bending force up to 6500T, can be folded tube length 13500mm. The first batch of parts shipped are the upper beam and left and right columns of the machine frame. Each part is 20m long and more than 5m wide.
It is reported that this machine is one of the three heavy-duty forming equipment customized by Julong Company. The other two equipment (YW3200/30 pre-bending machine and YH1422 pre-welding machine) are being produced in an orderly manner and are expected to be rolled off the production line by the end of September.
