Before starting the CNC shearing machine

1. Machine tool operators must be familiar with the main structure, performance and use of the shearing machine.
2. Check whether the switch is in good condition, whether the buttons of the control cabinet and console are in good condition, and whether the components are loose.
3. Check whether the tool is installed, whether it is loose, inclined or sundries.
4. Check whether each action mechanism is loose, damaged or abnormal.
5. Check that there are no objects around and inside the machine that hinder the operation of the machine.
6. Add oil to each lubrication point.

CNC shearing machine boot

1. Start the oil pump and turn on the power.
2. Press the motor start button.
3. Wait for a few minutes until the motor is fully operational.
4. Hit the manual switch to the single position, manually test the shear, and confirm that it is normal.
5. According to the thickness of the material to be cut, adjust the gap of the blade.
6. Adjust the form or fixture according to the width of the material to be cut.
7. Make 1 or 3 empty trips first, and then cut the work after it is normal.
8. Put the products to be cut according to the process requirements.
9. Press the foot switch to cut the product.
