Matters needing attention in the use of hydraulic shearing machine:

1. The shearing machine shall be idling for several cycles to ensure that under normal circumstances, different thickness sheets shall be cut from thin to thick. Make sure the user is familiar with the shears performance.

2. When trying to cut, different blade gaps must be adjusted for different plate thicknesses. If the corresponding blade gap is not adjusted, the blade durability will be affected.

3 The shearing machine turns on the pressure gauge switch during the shearing process and observes the pressure value of the oil circuit. The pressure should be less than 20MPa when cutting a 12mm plate. The pressure of this remote pressure regulating valve No9 is set at 20-22MPa when leaving the factory. Users must abide by this regulation and shall not increase the pressure for cutting over the specified material surface, causing damage to the machine.

4. Sound balance during operation. If there is noise in the shearing machine, stop the machine for inspection.

5 When the shearing machine is operated, the oil tank will be shut down and rest when the temperature of the oil tank is increased <60 degrees.
