Double good news! Tri-Ring Metalforming has won two municipal-level honors for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Recently, the Huangshi Municipal Federation of Trade Unions announced the results of the 2025 Employee Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition and the selection of outstanding "Five Small" achievements. Hubei Tri-Ring Metalforming Equipment Co.,Ltd. won three awards thanks to its robust innovation capabilities, emerging as the "biggest winner" in this round of selections and fully demonstrating the company's leading position in technological innovation and employee innovation cultivation.

The innovation engine roars as the Double Innovation Competition wins “the Best.”

In the 7th “Gongyou Cup” Employee Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, the company’s “PPES Series Electro-Hydraulic Servo Bending Machine” project stood out from numerous entries across the city and was awarded the “Best Innovation and Entrepreneurship Award.” Developed by the team led by Huang Jun, Xu Wen, and Cai Hua, this project integrates intelligent control algorithms with advanced hydraulic technology, achieving a bending accuracy of ±0.01 mm and boosting production efficiency by 40%. It breaks the technological monopoly held by foreign high-end bending equipment manufacturers and provides crucial support for the domestic substitution of high-end forging and pressing equipment in China.

With meticulous craftsmanship and painstaking effort, the “Five Small” initiatives have earned two more prestigious awards.

In the 2025 Huangshi City Employee Outstanding “Five Small” Achievements Selection, announced at the same time, two of the company’s frontline innovation achievements both made the list:

The “Innovation in Domestic Cutting Tools and Machining Processes” project led by Zhang Wenbin’s team achieved a 100% substitution rate for imported cutting tools by optimizing cutting parameters and tool-matching solutions, resulting in annual savings of over 3 million yuan in procurement costs and a 25% increase in machining efficiency.

The “Large-Diameter Pipe Flexible Pushing and Rotating Mechanism” developed by Shi Ezhang’s team has overcome the automation bottleneck in the processing of large-diameter pipe fittings, increasing workpiece clamping efficiency by 50% and achieving 100% operational safety. This breakthrough fills a domestic gap in flexible production for similar equipment.

Innovation drives development and builds the core competitiveness of enterprises.

This remarkable three-time consecutive championship is a vivid embodiment of Tri-Ring Metalforming’s philosophy: “Pursue development through innovation and forge excellence through practical action.” The company has always regarded employee innovation as the driving force behind its development.
