Tri-Ring Metalforming's Fourth Supplier Conference Successfully Held

Creating Change Together, Forging Glory: Hubei Tri-Ring Metalforming Equipment Co., Ltd.'s Fourth Supplier Conference was grandly held on March 15, 2025, at Huangshi Cihu Mountain Villa. This conference attracted nearly 200 core supplier partners from across the country to gather together, jointly exploring industry trends, deepening strategic cooperation, and jointly outlining a new blueprint for future development.

Peng Jefeng, Deputy Director of the Purchasing Department; He Feng, Director of Quality Management; and Li Wang'an, Deputy Director of the Technology Center at Tri-Ring Metalforming, respectively made comprehensive analyses and summaries of their work in purchasing, quality, and technology.

In terms of procurement and supporting work, efforts will focus on comprehensively promoting cost reduction and efficiency improvement, optimizing supply chain management, expanding the VMI consignment model, continuously optimizing procurement plans, comprehensively strengthening process monitoring, and comprehensively improving procurement support rates.

In terms of quality management, Tri-Ring Metalforming's supporting return inspection qualification rate has steadily increased. A new version of the quality assessment standards will be implemented; a special quality exception communication mechanism will be established; and supplier quality audits and assistance will be conducted.

In terms of technology management, Tri-Ring Metalforming consistently adheres to market demand orientation and continuously promotes product research and development and technological upgrading. It will work with supplier partners to seize new opportunities in industry development, build a new green manufacturing ecosystem, and cultivate new impetus for international development.

Representatives from supplier companies Nanjing Estun Automation Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Jinyefu Electromechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. stated in their speeches that both sides will continue to deepen cooperation, work together, jointly explore more innovative cooperation models, inject new vitality into the long-term development of both sides, and look forward to achieving even more fruitful results in future cooperation with full confidence.

Chang Dingjun, Party Secretary and General Manager of Tri-Ring Metalforming, delivered a speech at the conference, summarizing the company's development achievements in 2024 and outlining its development plan for 2025. He emphasized that in the future, Tri-Ring Metalforming will focus on "extending complete sets of equipment and line projects, mass production of products, and value symbiosis," and work with supplier partners to explore new cooperation models and create a better future.

Chang noted that the theme of the conference, "Creating Change Together, Forging Glory," is also the future direction and goal of cooperation between Tri-Ring Metalforming and all its supplier partners. Tri-Ring Metalforming looks forward to working with all supplier partners to ensure 100% compliance with key parameters, taking innovation as a wing and opening a technology resource library to encourage supplier partners to participate in the entire life cycle of product development; use efficiency as a weapon to jointly promote the VMI model and reduce overall supply chain costs; and take integrity as the foundation to strictly abide by business ethics, eliminate gray transactions, and build a transparent ecosystem of cooperation.

Chang stated that the current industry development trends and the company's strategic direction require us to work together with our supplier friends to focus on the future, seek common development, build resilient supply chains, improve market service quality, actively seize the opportunities of the national "two new and two heavy" policies, plan ahead, and implement precise policies to jointly address industry challenges and grasp development opportunities.

Chang proposed: Current supply chain competition is no longer a competition between companies, but a competition between ecosystems. Only when industry colleagues use technology as a bond and trust as a bridge can we jointly forge the backbone of China's high-end manufacturing industry!

During the awards ceremony of this conference, Tri-Ring Metalforming commended 19 suppliers, including Nanjing Estun Automation Co., Ltd., for their outstanding performance in 2024.

The conference also included a session where suppliers visited the company's production site, allowing them to get a close-up look at Tri-Ring Metalforming's production support processes and the company's technological research and development capabilities.
