Tri-Ring Metalforming and LVD jointly won the bid for Sany Heavy Industry PPEB3000/140 Bending Machine Project

After three months of technical exchanges and discussions, Tri-Ring Metalforming and LVD jointly bid for the successful PPEB-3000/140 molding machine project of Sany Heavy Industry.
It is reported that this project is mainly used in the precision production and processing of key components such as the lifting arm of heavy lifting equipment. The forming equipment will be equipped with LVD's unique laser angle detection system (EFL), efficient die automatic adjustment system, advanced CADMAN CNC operating system and intelligent deflection compensation system. This will be the world's advanced level of bending and forming equipment.
The project will be jointly undertaken by Tri-Ring Metalforming and LVD and is expected to be delivered to users in December 2010.
