Introduction of advanced laser angle measurement and correction functions

Easy-Form Laser is a unique set of angle measurement equipment, which uses laser to monitor and correct the bending angle of the workpiece in real time during processing, so that the final forming angle of each finished product can be kept consistent.
In order to obtain the accurate bending angle value of the workpiece, the Easy-Form Laser system adopts the detection method of symmetrical front and back sides of the lower die. The system emits a straight line composed of many laser points on one side of the workpiece and the vertical surface of the lower mold, and samples the detection data every 20 milliseconds to ensure the accuracy of the detection.
This precision inspection system transmits the inspection data to the CNC control unit in real time, and then the CNC control unit processes the data and recalculates and corrects the pressing depth to obtain the final accurate bending angle. During this process, the normal production process will not be affected in any way. Unlike previous mechanical angle control systems, the use of Easy-Form Laser provides a strong guarantee for consistent machining accuracy without delaying any production cycle.
