"Series of CNC laser cutting machine" R & D successfully passed the provincial acceptance

On November 6, 2013, the Hubei Province Research and Development Plan Project "Research and Development of Series CNC Laser Cutting Machines (Project No.: 2011BFA001)" undertaken by Hubei Tri-Ring Metalforming Equipment Co.,Ltd passed the acceptance of the expert group organized by the Provincial Science and Technology Department. The acceptance committee agreed that the project undertaking unit has completed the tasks of the project mission statement, achieved the expected goals, and produced good economic and social benefits.

Through international scientific and technological cooperation, the project introduces the manufacturing technology of CNC laser cutting machine from Belgium LVD company, and successfully develops ORION-3015-4000W and SIRIUS 2-4kW series of CNC laser cutting machines through digestion, absorption and re-innovation. The main technical parameters and performance indicators meet the design requirements and have good market competitive advantages. The project has a total investment of 20.2527 million yuan, 3.0524 million yuan in research and development and 17.2003 million yuan in industrialization.

Hubei Tri-Ring Metalforming Equipment Co.,Ltd has established a deep friendship through technology introduction and personnel cooperation with Belgian LVD company for nearly two decades. This project cooperation has successfully developed a high-power and high-grade CNC laser cutting machine, reaching the domestic advanced level, meeting the market demand and expanding the variety of laser cutting machine products in Huangshi area, cultivating a team of innovative talents for technological development of CNC laser cutting machine, promoting the construction of professional scientific and technological talents, and establishing the R & D and manufacturing base of CNC laser cutting machine through industrialization investment, it has played a good demonstration and guiding role for the serialization and scale of laser cutting machine products in Huangshi City.
