Company independent research and development of amorphous strip automatic cutting line

The amorphous strip shear line independently developed and produced by our company is an industrial manufacturing equipment developed according to the new requirements of energy saving and consumption reduction in the power industry, aiming at the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, ultra-thin, multi-layer superposition of amorphous strip, which can realize the automatic production of uncoiling, sizing, shearing and palletizing of amorphous strip.
Structural features are as follows:
Three groups of feeders are installed on the bottom platform and share a set of hydraulic system. The central shaft expansion and tightening is driven by engineering oil cylinder, and the rotation of the central shaft is driven by motor reducer and chain.
The cutting machine is mainly composed of cutting unit, frame, quantitative feeding system, hydraulic system and pneumatic system.
The discharging system consists of a frame, a discharging clamp, a discharging ejection mechanism, a holding table and a lifting and receiving mechanism. The discharge clamp is installed on the table of the rack.
The numerical control system adopts Hubei Tri-Ring Metalforming Equipment Co.,Ltd to independently develop the numerical control system: YSDTOUCH system.
