Advanced fiber laser cutting head technology

The Phoenix FL series achieves excellent cutting quality through the advanced cutting head design, which automatically adjusts the focus position and focus diameter, also known as "zoom focus". In order to achieve the fastest speed when cutting each plate thickness, the focus position and diameter can be automatically controlled and adjusted by the numerical control system. The 19-inch touch screen and graphical operator interface guides the operator through all the required manual steps. The Touch-L also has programming and layout functions, so customers can directly import drawings into the control system on the machine tool, apply cutting programs and perform layout.

Yield Upgrade Option

Output upgrade options include a set of 10-position cutting nozzle automatic replacement system and CADMAN-L programming software. CADMAN-L software can automatically or interactively determine the cutting sequence, layout, overall cutting simulation and other powerful functions to simplify programming.
