1. high-speed bending unit Dyna-Cell

The Dyna-Cell is a compact robotic manufacturing cell that produces small to medium-sized product parts that can be operated in a fast, economical and high-precision manner. The robot can quickly detect workpieces and accurately put them in and out of the bending machine. When bending small workpieces in large quantities, it can maintain 8 hours without operator intervention. The Dyna-Cell follows the 10-10 principle: 10 minutes of programming to generate bending and robot programs; 10 minutes of assembly and first-piece finished product generation. The design of the Dyna-Cell is convenient for automatic or manual operation, providing flexible solutions for small, medium and large volume production.

2. fiber laser cutting machine Phoenix 3015 10KW

The full-featured Phoenix series, as LVD's flexible fiber laser cutting machine, has efficient and fast cutting capabilities, while the 10,000-watt Phoenix 10kW machine tool will expand the processing range on the original basis to achieve a faster and more comprehensive processing solution.

The Phoenix series has a wide range of table sizes, including 3000mm x 1500mm, 4000mm x 2000mm and 6000mm x 2000mm.

The Phoenix series has an advanced cutting head design to achieve excellent cutting quality. The cutting head can automatically adjust the focus position and focus diameter according to the thickness of the plate.
