Cause Analysis of Common Faults of CNC Bending Machine

Everyone in the use of CNC bending machine, certainly hope that it can always maintain a good working condition, but if the CNC bending machine failure will also make people very uncomfortable, and affect the normal work process, therefore, we also want to understand the cause of CNC bending machine failure.

Under normal circumstances, the common faults of CNC bending machine have poor surface roughness of the workpiece, the size of the workpiece has a taper head, the size of the workpiece is inconsistent, and the size of the deviation, etc., then, what is the cause of these failures of the CNC bending machine:

1. Poor surface roughness of workpiece

The tool tip of the CNC bending machine is damaged and not sharp; the machine tool resonates and the placement is not stable; or the machine tool crawls, resulting in poor processing technology.
2. The workpiece produces taper size head

The placement level of the numerical control bending machine has not been adjusted properly, one is high and the other is low, resulting in unstable placement. When turning the long shaft, the material fed is relatively hard, and the cutter eats the knife relatively deeply, resulting in the phenomenon of letting the knife. The tailstock thimble is not concentric with the spindle.

3. Inconsistent workpiece size

The long-term high-speed operation of the carriage of the CNC bending machine leads to the wear of the screw rod and the bearing; the repeated positioning accuracy of the tool holder produces deviation in the long-term use; the carriage can accurately return to the starting point of the processing every time, but the size of the processed workpiece still changes. This phenomenon is generally caused by the spindle, the spindle of the high-speed rotation of the bearing wear, resulting in changes in the size of the processing.

4. Size deviation

The speed of rapid positioning of the numerical control bending machine is too fast, and the drive and motor cannot respond. After long-term friction loss, the mechanical drag screw rod and bearing are too tight and stuck. The knife holder is too loose and the lock is not tight after changing the knife. The editing program is wrong, and the head and tail are not matched or the knife compensation is not canceled. The electronic gear ratio or step angle of the system is set incorrectly.
