Bending machine use error reasons:
1. The outer circle of the bend is a cone
The connection between the front and rear centers is not coaxial with the axis of the main shaft, which is caused by the wrong center position of the tailstock of the bending machine.
2. The workpiece vibrates when bending
It may be that the tailstock sleeve of the bending machine extends too long or the workpiece support top is too loose, or the mold is not sharp enough or the arc is too large, or the bearing clearance of the rotating center is large or the clearance of the medium and small sliding plates is too large.
3, the mold can not meet the requirements
The bending machine die and the spindle axis are different axes, or the circular runout caused by the bearing wear of the rotating center, the center hole of the workpiece is not wiped clean or the center hole touches hair, and the shift rod in the center of the die touches the end face of the chuck, thus making the center hole unable to function.
4, severe wear or bite hair
It may be that the fixed center is not lubricated or the spindle speed is too high, or the chuck of the bending machine die is not clamped, and the workpiece has stopped working during bending.
