1. First of all, the problem of the slider and the guide rail of the electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machine may lead to the increase of the guide gap due to the long-term up and down movement of the oil cylinder and the vibration of the pressure, which will greatly damage the guide rail and the slider lining plate and seriously affect the accuracy and efficiency of bending.
2. The positioning error of the rear stop material can be affected in many places. First, the screw rod and the smooth rod or the linear guide rail of the rear stop material should be cleaned and lubricated regularly. The rear stop material should be responsible for impurities attached to it. The screw rod and the smooth rod will be damaged for a long time, which will affect the precision positioning of the rear stop material, then the deviation of the parallelism between the linear guide on the rear cross beam and the mold plane is too large. In this case, it is necessary to loosen the shaft synchronous belt, carefully adjust the parallelism tolerance range, and then mount the synchronous belt.
