It is composed of the former Hubei Tri-Ring Metalforming Equipment Co.,Ltd's Chong Chong Division and LVD Shanghai Branch.

The company is located in the Tri-Ring Metalforming Industrial Park of Huangshi National Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is mainly committed to the design, manufacturing, sales and service of CNC laser cutting machines and CNC turret punches, as well as the sales and service of all imported products of Belgium LVD Company in China.
