Easy-Form Laser is a unique set of angle measuring equipment. It uses laser to monitor and correct the bending angle of the workpiece during processing so that the final forming angle of each finished product can be consistent.

In order to obtain accurate workpiece bending angle values, the Easy-Form Laser system adopts the detection method of symmetrical front and back sides of the lower mold. The system emits a straight line composed of many laser points irradiating one side of the workpiece and the vertical surface of the lower mold, and at the same time samples the detection data every 20 milliseconds to ensure the accuracy of the detection.

This precise inspection system transmits the inspection data to the CNC control unit in real time, and then the CNC control unit processes the data and then recalculates and corrects the depression depth to obtain the final accurate bending angle. In this process, the normal production process will not be affected in any way. Unlike previous mechanical angle control systems, the use of Easy-Form Laser does not delay any production cycle and provides a powerful guarantee for consistent processing accuracy.
