The opening of the LVD-HD is automatically adjusted. The lower die adopts an internal force compensation structure and allows bending at a small angle. Even under the largest opening, the angle during bending can reach 50º. It is especially suitable for the bending of high-strength sheets, because it has a very large amount of rebound. The high-hardness inserts installed in the lower die mouth are trimmed into the LVD-HD patented "stone curve" curve to reduce the sliding friction between the sheet and the lower die during bending, thereby reducing the bending of the workpiece The indentation produced at the time, and will never fail due to being stuck.
