LVD has expanded its fiber laser product line by adding Phoenix FL4020 and Phoenix FL 6020. These two laser cutting machines can be used to cut sheets up to 4000 x 2000 mm and 6000 x 2000, respectively. Advanced fiber laser cutting head technology

Phoenix FL series achieves excellent cutting quality through advanced cutting head design, which can automatically adjust the focus position and focus diameter, also known as "zoom focus". In order to achieve the fastest speed when cutting each plate thickness, the focus position and diameter can be automatically controlled and adjusted by the CNC system. This advanced technology makes Phoenix FL a highly flexible fiber laser cutting machine, that is, it can achieve efficient and high-quality cutting on different plates and different plate thicknesses.

Extremely dynamic processing

For rapid processing of large plates, Phoenix 4020 and 6020 models are equipped with a high-power drive system to achieve the same power as the 3015 series. Thanks to the 1μm fiber wavelength, Phoenix lasers can provide extremely fast processing and processing capabilities. The solid welded fuselage structure further supports acceleration and overall accuracy. The integrated control and drive system ensures perfect reproduction of the programmed contour during high-speed machining.

Maximum running time

Phoenix uses an integrated exchange table system to ensure long-term operation. The system can be loaded on one table while the machine tool is cutting on another table. Touch screen control and LVD's TOUCH-L user interface make Phoenix simple and easy to operate, further increasing the time the machine tool is used for production and processing. The 19-inch touch screen and graphical operation interface guide the operator to go through all the required manual operation steps. Touch-L also has programming and nesting functions, so customers can directly import drawings into the control system on the machine tool, apply cutting procedures and perform nesting.

Output upgrade options

The output upgrade options include a set of 10-bit automatic cutting nozzle replacement system and CADMAN-L programming software. CADMAN-L software can automatically or interactively determine the cutting sequence, layout, overall cutting simulation and other powerful functions to simplify programming.
