In this joint venture project, Sanhuan Group transferred 30% of the equity of Hubei Sanhuan Forging Equipment Co., Ltd., and LVD transferred this equity in three forms: cash, technology and equipment, thus forming a new Hubei Sanhuan Forging Equipment Co., Ltd. .
